PRE-REGISTRATION
$25 PER PERSON for weekend pass. . Pre-registrations have to be received by Sept. 15, 2008. Camping fee waived if pre-registering.
A confirmation of receipt will be mailed to individuals to
present at registration. All fees are non-refundable.

GATE CHARGE (Ages 15 or older)
Weekend pass: $30 per person
Friday: $10 per person
Saturday: $20 per person
Children ages 7-14, $5.00 per day / Children under 6-free entrance.
All children up to age 14 are to be accompanied by an adult.

Camper spaces are available on a first come basis.
Electricity is available for some spots.
No water/sewer hook-ups.
Primitive camping is available throughout the park.
Showers available.
All camping fees are $10 per site.

THIS IS A RELEASE AND INDEMINITY AGREEMENT – READ BEFORE SIGNING
I hereby give up all my rights, if any, to sue or make any claims for damage, if any, due to negligence, if any, or any
other reason whatsoever against the Chautauqua Bike Rally and it’s committee members, it’s direct organizations, the
promoters, sponsors, and any other person, participants or organizations conducting or connected with this event for
injury to property or person I may suffer, including crippling injury or death, while participating in the event and while
upon event premises.
I know the risk of danger to myself and my property while preparing for and participation in the event and while upon
event premises and relying upon my own judgment and ability, assume all such risks of loss and hereby agree to
reimburse all cost to those organizations connected with this event for damages incurred as a result of my negligence.
