The 4th Annual Chautauqua Bike Rally will be held starting Friday, October 10 through Sunday, October 12, 2008. Come join us for another weekend of bikes, games and great October weather.
FEES AND DISPLAYS ------ FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE ------
Spaces are 12' X 12', $100.00 each. Electricity is available at all spaces. FEES MUST be submitted with your application. Each exhibitor is responsible for furnishing their own equipment. At time of reservation, vendor must turn in the names of those who will be assisting at space. No more than two (2) additional persons are allowed. Others will be charged regular admission for entry.
SPACE RESERVATIONS:
Rally Committee will assign spaces for ALL vendors.
RESTRICTIONS:
No Fireworks, Firearms, Poppers, Silly String or Laser Pointers, please. No Alcohlic Beverages can be sold.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE:
September 15, 2008
SET-UP and DEPARTURE TIME:
Set-up starts Friday October 12 after 8:00 a.m. with departure no earlier than 11:00 p.m. on Saturday. Vendors must check-in at the gate. No vehicles will be allowed in or out from Saturday 6:00 a.m. to Saturday, 11:00 p.m. Vendors must checkout with a committee member and turn in tax report prior to leaving the premises. No Exceptions Will Be Made.

| THIS IS A RELEASE AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT. READ BEFORE SIGNING.
I hereby give up all my rights, if any, to sue or make any claim for damages, if any, due to negligence, if any, or any other reason whatsoever against the Chautauqua Bike Rally and its committee members, its direct organizations, the promoters, sponsors and any other person, participants or organizations conducting or connected with this event for injury to property or person I may suffer, including crippling injury or death, while participating in the event and while upon event premises.
I know the risk of danger to myself and my property while preparing for and participating in the event and while upon event premises and relying upon my own judgment and ability, assume all such risks of loss and hereby agree to reimburse all cost to those organizations connected with this event for damages incurred as a result of my negligence. |
